We’re on a mission to bring restaurant quality, farm-to-table meals to your home. We do the hard work behind the scenes – from choosing the finest ingredients from local farmers to sourcing packaging with a low environmental impact (and everything in between) -  so families can trust they are eating well.

Our Story

Originally from Brazil, Carlos Capparelli spent 12 years working in some of London's top restaurants, including the much loved Ottolenghi group, where he was head/ exec chef, running the operation of six restaurants across London.

While working in London, he graduated in FD Food Science Culinary Arts at London South Bank University. Today Carlos bases his cuisine on his life experiences - combining Mediterranean (his Italian family heritage) and Middle Eastern (influenced by his time at Ottolenghi) to create family-friendly dishes with a flavour punch.
